4-hour seminar (theoretical and practical) where the most common medical emergencies in everyday scenarios, such as work and excursions, will be exposed and explained, paying attention to their identification and management (non-invasive). The objective of the seminar is to provide participants with a general vision of medical emergencies, greater health awareness and to propose solutions in the event of an injury.

8-hour seminar (practices in the mountains) where a series of group exercises will be proposed, from topographical to the management of shared material. A seminar aimed at increasing the cohesion of the most varied human groups, from working to sporting ones. The objective of the seminar, in addition to increasing cohesion among the members of a given group, wants to focus on empowerment at various levels by working on leadership, self-discipline and stress management: fundamental requirements for working in a non-toxic environment that brings everyone to work towards a common goal.
